EXHIBITORS - $500

The KBA Exhibitor Lounge is a space for attendees to network, explore and enjoy refreshments throughout the conference. This space is available to guests throughout the duration of the conference and puts you front & center with 350 of Kentucky's best broadcasters. As an exhibitor at the conference, you will receive an 8' x 8' space with a 6' table to host attendees and share your capabilities with our audience. 

Each Exhibitor will receive:

  • 8' x 8' space to showcase your organization
  • 1/4 page ad in the Awards program

Set-up: Please plan on setting up any materials or branding on Sunday, October 13th between 12pm and 5pm. The Exhibitor Lounge will open to attendees for the Kickoff Reception at 5:30pm on Sunday.
